Ep. 45 Li-Young Lee Reading Series

In this week’s Reading Series, poet Li-Young Lee reads a long poem, “The Undressing,” that was inspired by his wife. Lee is the author of four books of poetry. His memoir The Winged Seed: A Remembrance received an American Book Award from the Before Columbus Foundation. Lee has also won numerous awards for his contributions to poetry including a Fellowship from the Academy of American Poets in 2003 and the William Carlos Williams Award for Book of My Nights in 2002.
