On Thursday, April 9, the African Poetry Book Fund will celebrate the release of its latest publications: Ladan Osman’s The Kitchen Dweller’s Testimony (University of Nebraska Press) and the chapbook box-set Eight New Generation African Poets. Join Osman, this year’s Sillerman Prize Winner Mahtem Shiferraw, and chapbook author Amy Lukau, as well as UNL Creative Writing faculty, including Prairie Schooner’s editor-in-chief Kwame Dawes and others for cheese, crackers, wine, and beer.
